Canvas or Acrylic wedding seating chart for your wedding reception or PDF option for you to print as you like. Included with your order are matching table numbers in a PDF format for you to print off in the format you wish.
Personalize your seating chart on either stretched canvas or a printed acrylic sign. Choose what you want the seating chart to say at the top of your sign. Find your seat, Welcome to the reception of, Names and date, etc.
I do the work for you! All you need to do is send me your names for each table and I will do the rest. Choose from either receiving a final PDF file for you to print off yourself, OR have the whole thing done on an elegant Canvas or acrylic sign, NOT a flimsy poster board.
You will receive a proof for you to approve before I make your design. So please check your Etsy messages for info on your design.
Canvas signs are .75" thick. Acrylic signs is 1/8" thick. Table numbers are on PDF format only sent to you as a digital file.

Important info:
There are limits to the number of names for each sign size. So please refer to this for your order.
16x20 sign can hold up to 75 names
20x24 can hold up to 90 names
20x30 can hold up to 100 names
24x36 sign can hold up to 120 names
30x40 sign can hold up to 150 names
36x48 sign can hold up to 200 names
Regular shipping/processing time for physical signs can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the type of sign and 3-5 days for digital orders. So please order ahead. However, If you need it quicker, please add a second option in your card with express processing. I will process your order within a 2 business days so you should have your design within 7 days for the canvas sign, or 7- 14 days for acrylic and within 2-3 days for digital options.
The digital option is not editable. It is your file completed with your table seating and names. It will be sent to you in a PDF file (JPEG and PNG also available). You choose how and where to print off your design. This gives you options for a poster, canvas, acrylic, etc.
This is for the canvas, acrylic, or digital signs only. No other items are included such as easels, real flowers, etc.
